Delete Your KoshaX Account
You can request permanent deletion of your KoshaX account and associated data at any time by following the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to care@koshax.com from the email address linked to your KoshaX account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered phone number in the body of the email so we can locate your account.
- Our team will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information and account credentials
- All user-generated content (messages, notes, uploads, and files)
- Connected integrations (contacts, calendar, email) and app preferences
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period after deletion, as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction and billing records — retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and financial regulations.
- Fraud prevention and security logs — retained for up to 90 days to protect against abuse and ensure platform integrity.
- Legal compliance records — retained as required by applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act (India) and other regulatory obligations.
Retained data is stored securely and is not used for any purpose other than the specific legal or regulatory requirement.
